There is no one
program fits all
Everyone is built different

We are a small lab built around one principle:

Before we coach a body, we understand it

That means we don't write programs ahead of time

We don't sell a "system" that works on everyone

We don't ask you to fit into a template

Coaching, to us, is the work that only happens after we clear our goals

A body is not a collection of parts

How the ribcage shapes can change how the shoulders move

How the shoulders move can change how the knees rotate

How the knees absorb force can reflect how your low back feels

… it keeps going on

Most strength and conditioning programs were built to serve groups

The history of the field is in teams, gyms, classes, and rehab clinics where the same protocol moves through many bodies in a day. The model is efficient. For most people, most of the time, it produces something useful.

The constraint is time

In a session that lasts an hour and serves five people, no coach has the space to study how one body actually moves. So the work is structured around what can be done in a few minutes. An assessment, a category, a program built from the category.

The body is read in headlines, and the program follows from the headlines

This works for some clients. For others, it produces a program that fits the headline but not the body. Discomfort returns. The pattern that caused the problem persists, sometimes more deeply than before.

Our work is built around the opposite premise

Before any program is written, a coach spends roughly three hours studying your submission. We look at how your ribcage sits, how it shapes your breathing, how that breathing changes what your shoulders and pelvis can do, how that shows up in the way you move under weight.

The findings are summarized in plain language and given back to you as a Movement Profile. The program is written only after that.

Six months of training, designed around what your body is, not around what a category says it should be

We work with a limited number of clients each year

Application begins with a written survey + assessment
